As we run so many great free prize draws we want to be very clear and transparent on how we operate them.

Set out here are all the Terms & Conditions of use of our site, we ask that you read it all to make sure you understand how we run our prize draws, we’re all above board but we want to make sure you're happy now and not upset for any small reason later!

Terms and Conditions

  1. Competitions are open to anyone over the age of 18 based in the UK.
  2. All competitions on Free Prize Draw 4U are free to enter. However participants are expected to pay their own cost of connecting to the website.
  3. Winners of the competition will be notified by e-mail within one week of the closing date of the competition except where competitions are jointly offered with a third party. In this case, winners will be notified once the third party has drawn the winner. Should the e-mail bounce, an attempt to contact the winner will also be made by phone. If contact cannot be made within one month, the prize will be lost. Prizes will be sent by default to the customer's registered address. It is the winner's responsibility to notify Freeprizedraw4U of any change in address.
  4. Prizes may be offered by Freeprizedraw4U or by other companies and these prizes may appear across other web sites and other advertising media. Freeprizedraw4U makes all efforts to ensure that only bona fide prizes are offered. However where a prize is offered in conjunction with another company and the other company withdraws or fails to provide it, Freeprizedraw4U will not provide the prize itself.
  5. On registering with Freeprizedraw4U and when entering any competition, each applicant agrees to receive information containing, but not limited to, market research and advertising from 3rd parties via e-mail, SMS, telephone, postal and other channels that is appropriate given the answers to the questions on each competition. Specifically, where a visitor has answered a question or a competition provided by a sponsor of Freeprizedraw4U, the visitor's details will be passed onto the sponsor. Visitors should expect to receive marketing and other communication from Freeprizedraw4U, its customers, sponsors and other organisations that can provide relevant offers. Freeprizedraw4U will also use your information to facilitate communication between yourself and others
  6. Winners of the competitions will be displayed on the web site as title surname area e.g. Mr John Smith from London. Winners will be deemed to give Freeprizedraw4U a perpetual irrevocable license to use their names or images in future promotions.
  7. Competitions may be subject to additional rules. If so, these additional rules will be listed in the special terms and conditions buttons on the relevant competition entry page.
